DIRECTIONS

Mix one teaspoon (approx. 3 g) in water or milk. We recommend mixing with, for example, titanium v.2.0 or 100% Whey Protein. Take one serving immediately after getting up, another immediately after exercise or sports and another serving 15 minutes before bedtime.
